Cultrd is all about bold expression through anime-inspired streetwear. We blend modern design with fan-favorite anime culture, offering pieces that turn heads and spark conversations.

We’re proudly based in Melbourne, but our community is global.
3. Do you have a physical store?
Not yet — we’re fully online for now, but we’re always exploring new ways to connect with our community in person (pop-ups may be coming 👀).
4. Who designs your clothes?
Our designs are created by carefully selected artists who live and breathe anime culture, aesthetics, and fashion.
5. Are your products limited edition or restocked regularly?
Most of our drops are limited edition — once they’re gone, they’re gone. It keeps things fresh and exclusive, just how we like it.

1. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Whether you’re in the city or the countryside, we’ll get your gear to you.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and shipping method — you’ll see the final cost at checkout before you confirm your order (shipping may be affected by tariffs).
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
- Domestic (U.S. or local): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
5. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package goes missing, reach out to us at info.cultrd@gmail.com. We’ll work with you and the courier to make it right.
6. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — express options are available at checkout if you need it fast.
7. Why Are Shipping Costs Different for Some Orders?
At Cultrd, we work with multiple trusted partners to source and produce our items. This helps us offer a wider variety of dope designs and unique pieces—but it also means that some items ship from different locations.
As a result, you might see separate shipping fees or receive your order in multiple packages. We know this isn’t the most convenient, but it allows us to keep our product prices consistent and ensure you get high-quality gear without unnecessary delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. What is your return policy?
You can return unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags (if the item comes with a tag).
2. Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely — just contact us within 14 days, and we’ll help with a size swap if we have it in stock.
3. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at info.cultrd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange — we’ll guide you from there.
4. How long do returns take to process?
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the item.
5. Do you cover return shipping costs?
Currently, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.
SIZING & PRODUCT INFO
1. How do your sizes run?
Most of our items run true to size, but some styles (like oversized tees or hoodies) will be noted in the product description.
2. Do you have a size chart?
Yes! Every product page includes a detailed size chart for your reference.
3. What materials are your clothes made of?
We use high-quality cotton, blends, and screen-print techniques to ensure comfort, durability, and that crisp print finish.
4. How should I wash/care for the clothes?
We recommend cold wash and hang dry to preserve print quality and prevent shrinkage.
5. Are your clothes unisex?
Yes — our clothing is designed to be worn by everyone. Style has no gender here.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
2. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available so you can bless someone with fresh anime drip.
3. Do you have any discounts or promotions?

4. Can I use more than one promo code?
Unfortunately, only one promo code can be used per order.
5. Why didn’t my discount code work?
It may be expired or not eligible for the items in your cart. Still stuck? Reach out and we’ll sort it out.

1. Do I need an account to order?
Nope — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, manage returns, and get early access to drops.
2. How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the steps. Easy.
3. How can I view my order history?
Log in to your account and head to your dashboard — everything’s there.
4. How do I update my shipping info?
You can update your info in your account dashboard. If your order’s already placed, email us ASAP before it ships!
