Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information
Once your order is placed, it is usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation excluding weekends and holidays.

For domestic shipping, delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days once the order has been shipped. International shipping times vary, usually taking up to 15-20 business days once your order has been shipped excluding any delays brought on by customs clearance processes. 

Pre-Order Shipments:
If you purchase a pre-sale item(s), your entire order will be shipped together once all pre-sale items are ready. The estimated shipping time-frame for most pre-sale items (unless stated otherwise) is up to 16 weeks once the pre-sale period is over. 


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow between 24 to 48 hours for the link to update whilst the carrier processes your package in their system.

If tracking details are unavailable within the first 48 hours of your order being shipped, please contact us at info.cultrd@gmail.com.


Returns/Refunds

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please see criteria for eligibility below.

Return Eligibility:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • The product must be placed back in its original packaging.
  • Apparel must still be in new condition with tags attached.
  • A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, including gift cards. 

Before sending a return, we strongly recommend reaching out to our support team to confirm eligibility. If a product is returned without prior approval and does not meet our return criteria, a refund will not be issued, and we will notify you via email with available options.

Non-Refundable Purchases:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased during promotions or sales, including but not limited to:

  • Free gift promotions
  • Free shipping promotions
  • Sale promotions/items 

Warranty & Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or cleaning, or any non-standard use of the product. If your item is returned and contains an odour, your product will be void of a refund/exchange and will be sent back to you accordingly.


Lost or Stolen Package?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Your local postal service may leave the package at your door or property at their discretion.

To prevent issues, we recommend monitoring your tracking link and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please contact your local post office for further assistance. Unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking information you do, but your post office may be able to provide additional details.
